Buzz Worthy February /
The internet is such an awesome technology, it has connected people from near and far and made our world a few tap away from each other . In the first trimester of 2015 the IND.USTRIE team has been busy collaborating with a few renowned names of the internet as well as institutions . This year our aim is to made IND.USTRIE a creative space where we can collaborate and share with Foodies all around Jabodetabek; not only it is educational but also we hope that it can become a trigger to a much bigger movement in this country.
February was indeed a month of love , one of the feature that we would like to discuss on this post was from Mr. Stanislaus Hans Danial. Commonly known as http://eatandtreats.blogspot.com , he has quite the number of followers. Collaborating with him was more play than work, as food is his passion and taking beautiful photograph was just second nature to him. We were glad that we passed his criterias with flying colours . Do check out his review on us here
Like most girls that loves a good portion of dessert Ms Cindy Lulaby and Ms.June from http://lulabyspoon.blogspot.com/ appreciates the fact that all of our dessert uses natural honey as sweetener . It is heart warming how the mass appreciates the value in our product, our desserts range were created with people who are constantly in battle in eating dessert. We are not saying it is the healthiest, but it gives us a peace of mind that we are giving the best to our customers ; it is up to your discretion to know what you are eating. If you dont believe our words check out theirs here
Other than these renowned bloggers we were also enlisted as one of the restaurant reviewed by National Geographic Indonesia . We don't know about you but Nat Geo has been one of our favorite reads in the IND.USTRIE team, as they inspire us with how they see the world and nature around them. Thank you Ms Winda Ayu Larasati for coming and reviewing our core value in bringing back the Indonesian flavors into the food scene. It is an honor to have been included in the publication. Read on it here
Instagram, "where are the instagrammers?!" ,I hear you say. Hold your horses Foodie we still have a few tricks up our sleeves ;). This february we were enlisted on @placestogojkt one of the more renowned Food directory, their winning number "The Cheese cake"
Reviewing back at how our little idea has grown, we cannot help but shed a little tear of joy at how far we have come , especially marking the first year from our opening . They say do your best and let the Man above do the rest; we are eternally grateful for all the support and love that you have given us. It hasn't felt like work for a very long time, as the joy comes from knowing that we are making a difference in every bite. We are excited to share more with you in the upcoming month and Stay tuned because We have yet to celebrate our birthday!!!

We were featured on @desirigamanaya's blog! What is your take on it?
Foodie Galore- Master Class of Chef Jerome Laurent /
And our foodie adventure continues! We were privileged to have been invited by The Foodiemagz team to join one of their master classes held in Die Dietrich Galerie Kemang . Our host was none other than Head Chef Jerome Laurent of Cassis Gourmand. We were beyond excited to be a part of this event, as we get to ogle our eyes on the fresh produce and how a Michelin star chef prepares his delicate gourmets. The preparation was meticulous and detailed yet surprisingly not as complicated as we expected it to be . It was a three course meal started with a simple arugula salad paired with seared baramundi, Roast chicken with creamy macaroni pasta, chocolate & vanilla caramel choux. Despite of its fine dining appearance, the flavors were very homey, reminded us alot of those rustic meals that you have in meadows. Mind you we were inspired by how much technique goes into such simple dishes. Okay enough talking and more mind boggling images to satisfy your morning cravings - Or night if you are on the other side of the world

PS. We also met this awesome Food blogger A.K.A @gastroaficionado. He was so humble our team did not even realize that they are talking to a mega blogger. He introduced himself as Rian, one of the writers in The Foodie Magazine ; it was only near the end when we asked for his instagram, he shyly mentioned it. It was a great experience meeting you sir, hopefully this would not be our last.
Cheers
